1. Who you are agreeing with

APIBroker (apibroker.dev) is owned and operated by Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, CIN U43900MH2023OPC413456, registered office C-102, Acropolis Apartments, Thatte Nagar, Gangapur Road, Nashik – 422005, Maharashtra, India. Corporate particulars: saptarang.net. Governing law: India; disputes in the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

2. Service

APIBroker provides a curated API hub: discovery, subscriptions, and a proxy gateway. Seed listings may originate from idlidu.com products; idlidu remains a separate service with its own terms for direct access.

3. Accounts and keys

Hub keys are your responsibility. Abuse, credential stuffing, and bulk dump resale violate the AUP. We may suspend access for AUP breach, security risk, or non-payment.

4. Support

Support is founder Migadu mail only — not a support desk SKU. Write to [email protected].

5. Fees and refunds

Paid checkout (when enabled) is collected by Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited. Plans and list prices on the site are informational until checkout is live. Refunds and cancellation: see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. No warranty / liability

The hub is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero while soft-launch).
